Congratulations to our three bands who performed this week at the Northern Sydney Schools Wind Ensemble (NSSWE) Concert at The Forest High School. Everyone performed brilliantly and for their first performance opportunity of the year, the bands sounded wonderful.
Thank you to Jenny Greig, Mrs Smith and our band parent co-ordinators for supporting the children at the concerts.
In the coming weeks, our bands will also be performing for their peers at our school assemblies. It’s great that, after not having the opportunity to perform the last two years, our bands are once again able to showcase all their talents. Our young musicians put in a lot of effort with their music, rehearsing as a band twice per week as well as attending a weekly private lesson.
